RAC WA is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to join our team of L&D; professionals supporting frontline call centre and retail member centres. You will design and deliver learning activities aligned to strategic objectives and ensure effective onboarding and continuous development.
The role is a full time 12-13 month contract based predominantly at our Collier Pass office, Joondalup. You will work with stakeholders across locations to enhance learning outcomes and safety practices.
