The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Technical Services Representative (TSR) to join our Victorian team. This role will support a portfolio of key customer operations across Victoria, delivering technical expertise, operational support, and customer service across IMDEX's drilling optimisation, survey, and digital technology offerings.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key field representative within a growing region, supporting both existing operations and future Integrated Mining Solutions (IMS) opportunities. The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening customer relationships, driving operational value, and supporting the continued growth of IMDEX's technology and service offering across Victoria and beyond.

As a TSR, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring the successful implementation and optimisation of IMDEX solutions. Working closely with drilling contractors, exploration teams, mine operators, and internal stakeholders, you will provide technical support, optimise product performance, manage inventories, and assist customers in achieving their operational objectives.

You will serve as the vital link between customers, operations, and IMDEX stakeholders, helping maximise safety, productivity, equipment uptime, data quality, and overall drilling performance.

Key Responsibilities





- Deliver technical support and customer service across IMDEX's product and technology portfolio.
- Manage and optimise drilling fluids programs to achieve operational performance objectives.
- Provide frontline troubleshooting and technical support to customers.
- Support survey tooling, directional drilling technologies, associated equipment, and spare parts management.
- Manage stock control, inventory forecasting, replenishment requirements, and logistics coordination.
- Assist customers with software utilisation, digital workflows, data capture, and reporting initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with drilling contractors and site personnel to maximise equipment uptime and drilling efficiency.
- Provide operational reporting, recommendations, and performance insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical enquiries and support requests.
- Deliver training and technical guidance to support successful product adoption and operational best practice.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand value delivery and support business growth.
- Actively support future Integrated Mining Solutions deployments and strategic customer initiatives throughout the region.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience within mining, drilling, exploration,



or related technical services environments.
- Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical knowledge of drilling operations, drilling fluids, surveying technologies, or mining technology solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing inventory, consumables, and operational logistics.
- Solid organisational and reporting skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
