Vitality Recruitment
City of Gold Coast
For two years in a row, I cleared more than $1 million in billings every year, on a 20% split.
And the big payoff, if you can call it that, was getting the “opportunity” to ask about moving into management.
That’s when it clicked, something about this was off.
I can still remember the thought: there’s no way this is the only way recruitment is supposed to be done.
Because the same cycle plays out everywhere.
Your top billers build monsters of businesses, just not for themselves. They pour everything into it, then get tossed a tiny bump and a familiar line, “Maybe next year.”
It never stacked up for me.
So I built Vitality Recruitment.
Not because I believed I had it all figured out.
I started it because I wanted to create the agency I always wished existed.
And I didn’t want it to work only for me.
I wanted it for recruiters who can feel, in their gut, they’re capable of more than their current setup will ever let them be.
Here’s the part I probably shouldn’t admit out loud.
I honestly couldn’t care less what sector you’ve recruited in.
- Construction.
- Healthcare.
- Technology.
- Finance.
- Industrial.
- Executive.
None of that is the deciding factor.
If you’re strong at building relationships, open to learning, and you’re prepared to put the work in, we’ll teach you the market.
If you’re bringing a desk, perfect.
If you’re after a reset, that works too.
Because I’m not recruiting desks.
I’m bringing in people.
People who bet on themselves.
People who take coaching seriously.
People who actually want to get better,
not only at work, but as humans.
Recruitment is teachable.
Mindset, work ethic, humility, those are the hard ones.
I’ve met recruiters doing $400k a year who weren’t the issue at all.
The room they were in was.
Sometimes it’s the leadership.
Sometimes it’s a commission setup that quietly punishes performance.
Sometimes it’s a culture that drains people.
I’ve also seen what happens when genuinely talented recruiters are backed properly.
It’s wild what people can do once they’re finally somewhere that’s on their side.
Not because they magically start working twice as hard.
Because they’re no longer in a place that takes the upside off them.
What you’re walking into:
- Commission that scales up to 50%, with pay structured around your experience, your goals, and where you’re heading in your career.
- A real shot at $200k–$300k a year, and if you’re a top performer, well past that. No made‑up ceilings. I’d rather give people a reason to build bigger here than have them hit a cap and feel forced to walk.
- The chance to build your own division. As your team expands, you’ll earn an ongoing share of that division’s performance,
income that isn’t tied only to your personal billings.
- Ongoing training and development, because if we’re not moving forward, we’re slipping backward.
- AI and automation that strips out a big chunk of the sourcing slog, so your time goes where recruiters actually create value, relationships.
- Flexibility that’s real. Want to train in the middle of the day, do it. Need to head off early, all positive. Recruitment has never been a neat nine-to‑five, I’m not interested in pretending it is.
- And this is the part I’m most fired up about. I don’t only want our team earning great money. The long‑term plan is creating opportunities for us to invest together in scalable businesses, and build wealth beyond recruitment.
Our office is in Newstead, and the Gold Coast office is already locked in for the next phase.
If you come in now, you’re not just joining a business.
You’re helping shape it.
The one thing I won’t bend on is culture.
I’ve done enough time on sales floors where people quietly wished the person beside them had a shocker of a month, just so they’d look better.
That’s not what I’m building.
I want a team that actually celebrates each other’s wins, trades ideas, lifts the standard, and wants everyone in the room to do well.
Will we nail everything?
Probably not.
We’re growing, and I’ll keep learning as we go.
But I can promise this.
We won’t stop trying to build something better than the old recruitment model.
