TRK Property Group are currently seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join our integrated development and construction team. This is an exciting role, where you will be working across a pipeline of high-end, premium multi-residential projects in prominent locations in South East Queensland. You will be working within our experienced team alongside our Development Director, and collaborating with our highly experienced Design Managers and integrated Construction team. This is an chance for you to gain exposure to end-to-end delivery, and each phase of development, from acquisition through to settlement and also post-handover.

Key Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:

Assist in site identification and acquisition, including development feasibilities, yield analysis.

Monitor and collate data on market trends and other development activity to support project strategy, decision making, and sales revenue targets.

Assist in preparation of design briefs and consultant scopes, development strategy and achieve successful development approval outcomes.

Assist with management of consultants, including procurement of consultants and contractual agreements.

Collaborate with the design management team to deliver design outcomes, and critique, in accordance with the project financial feasibility and brief.

Assist with negotiations with authorities to achieve the development outcomes.

Work closely with our Marketing and Sales team, representatives,



and agencies appointed to each project. Assist in the coordination of marketing materials and sales releases.

Support PCG meetings, variation reviews and quality checks

Assisting with financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and reporting

Providing high level administrative and project support across multiple developments as required

Assist with defecting process prior to practical completion

Assist handover process between contractor and building management

Support plan sealing, titling and DLP defect management

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in property related fields. Demonstrated experience in Multi-residential developments advantageous.

Tertiary education qualified, in either Property Economics, Project Management, or Design related fields.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and colleagues.

Sound business writing and financial modelling skills.Proficient in Microsoft suite of programmes, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Experience in Estate Master beneficial, however, not essential.

Ability to drive innovation and design excellence.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders

Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven individual with a passion for real estate and the property development industry.
