KX Pilates is seeking a Network Development & Growth Manager in Prahran, VIC to lead franchise recruitment end-to-end, from initial enquiry to studio openings, shaping network expansion with the Franchising team.
You will own digital marketing, candidate assessment, budget management and KPI reporting, collaborating with Marketing, Finance and Legal to ensure a smooth onboarding and sustained growth across the network.
