Our client, a rapidly expanding non-bank lender, is growing its marketing team and seeking a Marketing Professional to support day-to-day campaign delivery and brand initiatives across B2B and B2C audiences.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the CPMO and working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life and supporting marketing activity across multiple channels.

This is a true generalist role, ideal for someone who wants broad exposure and career advancement. You’ll be involved in content development, campaign execution, reporting and optimisation, events, marketing collateral, and in-person brand and community engagement - setting you up with a strong, well-rounded foundation for future growth. As you learn, grow, and evolve, so will your role within a growing business with significant opportunity for development.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of marketing activities and campaigns
- Create content across social, digital, print, and internal channels




- Support above-the-line marketing initiatives
- Support event and community engagement initiatives
- Develop marketing collateral across B2B and B2C audiences
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agency partners
- Assist with reporting, optimisation, and campaign delivery
