Mackay Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Manager to lead and support Administration Officers within the Mackay Base Hospital, in a permanent, in office role.

You will coordinate backfill and relief administration requirements, manage leave, mandatory training, and professional development for casual and permanent reliever staff, undertaking AO3 recruitment and performance management. This is an on-call position with a rotational roster within BASS.
