The Role

We’relooking for enthusiastic and safety-conscious individuals to join our seasonal team as Pool Lifeguards at the Bacchus Marsh and Ballan outdoor pools. As a lifeguard,you’llplay a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our community by supervising pool patrons, responding to emergencies, andmaintaininga clean and welcoming environment.You’llbe part of a supportive team, working flexible hours across weekdays and weekends, and contributing to a fun and active summer season. Ifyou’requalified, reliable, and passionate about aquatic safety,we’dlove to hear from you.

Interviews will be held between28thSeptemberand4thOctoberwhere you will bring your best self to a relaxed, group style interview.If successful, you will need to be available to attend;

About You

You’llbring current qualifications including the Pool Lifeguard Award with CPR, Level II First Aid, and a Working with Children Check anddemonstratestrong communicationskills, hazard awareness, and a reliable, flexible work ethic. Whetheryou'reguiding young swimmers or supporting your team, your contribution will help ensure every visit to our pools is safe and memorable.
