Customer Service Representative – Brisbane Branch (Full time)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our North Coburg branch. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Vehicle Delivery & Paperwork Deliver vehicles to clients and complete all required documentation accurately.
- Client Interaction Liaise with clients, explain our terms and conditions, and ensure they provide the necessary documentation.
- Vehicle Presentation Assist with car washing as part of maintaining vehicle standards.
- Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- A valid driver's license and confidence in driving (all vehicles are automatic).




- A full driver's licence is required for this position.
- Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written, with strong attention to detail when handling paperwork.
- A confident and professional personality with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Punctuality, honesty, and a hands-on attitude.
- A proactive approach and willingness to be involved in various tasks.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
- A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience is required.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, standard 8-hour shifts

Occasional weekend work as required
