Responsible for the development, coordination,planningand implementation of risk-based site surveillance across multiple projects within a program of projects at VIDA Roads.

Responsible formaintainingpositive relationships with Technical, Engineering, Planning and Engagement Advisors and contractor's construction teams, proactively resolving issues as they arise, including attendance and providing input into coordination meetings.

Exercise judgement in the delivery of construction activities including service relocations, earthworks, pavements, drainage, surfacing, traffic management, trafficsignalsand bridgeworks according to project scope,in accordance withVIDA Roads policies, standards, specifications and guidelines.

Apply competence in the planning and execution of all risk-based surveillance activities in the practical application of construction, ensuringhigh qualitydocumentation ismaintained.

Assistin the development of innovative responses to construction and traffic management problems.

The Surveillance Officer performs surveillance and auditing of all site investigations, transport infrastructureconstructionand maintenance work across assigned projects. The role undertakes the implementation of risk-based site surveillance of assigned works under quality assured contracts, managing resolution of issues on site with contractor/s.

It will be a requirement to travel and spend time at one or all our site offices.
