TheSeniorApplication Services Specialist helps Charter Hall’s people do their best work by making the systems behind our day-to-day operations reliable,connectedand easy to use. The role supports applications and services underpinning core business processes, propertyoperationsand facilities management, ESG management,customer relationshipmanagementandreporting.
Working across integration, automation, low-code,dataand reporting services, you will help connect work across the value chain,support thereduction ofrepetitiveeffortand strengthen governance. This includes capabilities delivered throughWorkatoand Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Sustainability Manager, Dynamics 365Salesand Fabric. The focus is not the technology itself, but how it helps our people work efficiently, manage risk, service our customersand make better decisions.
You will join a highperformingDigital & Data team with the opportunity tocollaborate across the business, improve importantservicesand shape better ways of working. The role suits someonewho iscurious,cooperative, proactive withsound judgement and a drive to continuously improve how things work.
How you'll make an impact
Own and support critical business applications, ensuring they remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose across operational technology and business services.
Resolve issues and improve service performance, leading incidents through to resolution, identifying root causes and reducing recurring problems.
Connect systems, data and processes, supporting integrations, automation and reporting capabilities that improve efficiency and decision-making across the business.
Partner with stakeholders to simplify ways of working,
translating business needs into practical platform enhancements and low-code solutions.
Strengthen governance and continuous improvement, maintaining strong controls, data integrity and platform security while identifying opportunities to enhance services and reduce manual effort.
