The Opportunity

Salary Range: $70000-80000 + performance bonuses

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist/Concierge to become the face of our growing company. This isn't a customer service role - you'll be a trusted advisor to medical and dental professionals, helping them transform their practices with our innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do





- Build lasting relationships with medical and dental professionals across Australia and internationally

- Become a product expert on our cutting-edge dental technology solutions

- Drive customer success through proactive support, training, and troubleshooting

- Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, sales, and technical teams

- Process orders and logistics including international shipments with precision

- Create a welcoming environment for visitors

- Contribute to our growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience

What Makes You Perfect for This Role

Essential:

- 2-3+ years in high touch, concierge-style B2C customer-facing roles

- Experience with CRM systems and customer service software

- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)

- Strong problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure

- Enthusiasm for technology and innovation

- Located in Sydney with reliable transport to Chatswood
