Mind Remedy Support is a registered NDIS provider based on the Bellarine Peninsula. We're a small, close-knit team doing things a little differently in the disability space — focused on whole-person wellbeing, community connection, and genuinely meaningful support.

We believe outstanding support goes beyond the basics. Our approach weaves in healthy lifestyle and real human connection.

We're growing and we're looking for passionate support workers to join us across Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula.

What We Do

- In-home care & daily living support
- SIL
- Community access & social activities
- Wellness programs
- Skill building & independence support
- Short Term Accommodation (STA)

The Role

- Flexible shifts built around your lifestyle




- Sleepovers 1 a week a requirement
- Employed under the SCHADS Award

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year experience in disability support or similar.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children’s Check
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
