Customer Service Representative/ Case Management

We’re now looking for a Customer Service Representative / Case Manager who is passionate about people, proud to represent a world class brand, and ready to make a real impact for our customers and dealer network.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leaders, this role sits at the heart of Kia’s customer experience. You’ll be responsible for managing customer cases end to end, acting as a trusted advocate for Kia owners while collaborating closely with internal teams and Kia Dealers to resolve queries and complaints efficiently and empathetically.
Communication, problem solving, and relationship building are key—you’ll be the voice of Kia when it matters most.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries and concerns in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution
Support Kia Dealers, Regional teams, and technical departments to resolve customer concerns
Assess and manage out of policy applications in line with approved guidelines
Maintain accurate and detailed case records and customer data
Resolve complaints in line with Kia’s Complaint Management System and Australian Consumer Law
Liaise confidently with Kia dealers and internal stakeholders to achieve the best outcome
About You
You’re customer focused, resilient, and calm under pressure. Ideally, you’re a car enthusiast or have experience in automotive customer care—but above all, you genuinely care about delivering positive outcomes.
You’ll bring:
- Strong customer service or case management experience (automotive highly regarded)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, empathetic approach to handling customer issues
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A positive, open, and friendly personality
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
