We’re looking for experienced Press Operators to join our growing production team. If you’ve worked in manufacturing, especially with aluminium extrusion machines, and enjoy hands‑on work in a team environment – we want to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Press Operator, you’ll play a key part in running our aluminium extrusion lines and making high-quality products and responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring aluminium extrusion machines
- Checking products for quality and making adjustments to keep things running smoothly
- Helping solve minor machine or production issues
- Working closely with your teammates to keep the line safe, clean, and efficient
- Following all safety procedures and doing your part to look out for the team
- Supporting improvements to help the factory run better and faster
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with aluminium extrusion or similar machines in manufacturing
- Good problem‑solving skills and a mechanical mindset
- Ability to read and follow basic drawings or instructions
- Someone who takes pride in doing quality work and keeping their area safe and tidy
- A team player with clear communication skills
