Are you an organised, customer-focused administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment?

We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join a leading supplier within the architectural and design industry. Working closely with an experienced sales team, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day sales function and ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

This is a varied role combining sales administration, customer service and coordination, with the opportunity to develop your knowledge of architectural products and the design industry through ongoing training and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support, including preparing documentation, reports and meeting materials.
- Maintain accurate customer and CRM records while coordinating product samples, pricing and technical information.
- Manage customer enquiries and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely responses and a high level of customer service.
- Support the sales team with opportunity tracking, issue resolution, product launches and ongoing process improvements.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service or a similar role.




- Excellent communication skills with a professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
- Experience within architecture, interior design, construction or building products is highly regarded but not essential.
