About the Role
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and develop individualised intervention plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services in community and/or clinic environments
- Support clients to improve independence, safety, and participation in daily activities
- Prescribe assistive technology and recommend home modifications as required
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements
- You Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Passion for client-centred, evidence-based practice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence (for community-based work)
