ABOUT YOU
You are a clinically-minded, solutions-focused person with a passion for improving lives through innovative healthcare products. You understand the community world — or you're keen to learn it fast — and you know that the right piece of equipment in the right home can change everything.
- You're a great listener and problem-solver.
- You build trust easily — with OTs, builders, clients and their families.
- You're comfortable talking clinical needs one minute and site measurements the next.
- You're passionate about educating and supporting customers with products that matter.
- You're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive in a purpose-driven team.
- You're happy to learn the commercial side of the business from the ground up.
You're not looking for "just another role" — you want to make a real difference. Big sales experience isn'trequired. Curiosity, credibility, and genuine care are what sets you apart!
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Product Specialist – Community, you'll be the go-to expert for our range of community and home-based equipment within your territory. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will:
- Work alongside Occupational Therapists on client assessments, trials and equipment selection.
- Partner with builders and home modification contractors on installations and site requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support in homes and community settings.
- Build strong relationships with prescribers, support coordinators and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with our sales and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
This is an entry-level role with a transparent pathway — you'll be trained on our product range, supported by experienced specialists, and given the room to grow into a senior commercial role over time.
You'll have the flexibility to work in the field, from the office, or wherever you need to be to best support clients. Interstate travel may be required on occasion.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Exceptional communication skills – in person, over the phone, and in writing
- An understanding of the community, disability or aged care sector
- Confidence working with clinicians and trades alike
- Strong presentation and training abilities
- Excellent digital and computer literacy
- A passion for healthcare solutions that improve people's lives
- Self-direction and accountability – you take ownership of your work
- An OT or allied health background (highly regarded, not essential)
- A current driver's licence
TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST HAVE (OR BE WILLING TO OBTAIN)
- A current National Police Check, NDIS Screening Check, and WWCC or willing to get them
- The ability to complete a pre-employment medical (at our expense upon offer)
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP to complete a psychometric assessment as the first part of our recruitment process.
