Job Description
As our Clinical Coordinator, you'll play an key role in supporting the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice. You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to ensure everything runs smoothly while continuing to provide chairside support when needed.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Coordinating the day-to-day clinical workflow
- Supporting and mentoring the Dental Assistant team
- Assisting with onboarding and training new team members
- Maintaining clinical standards and infection control protocols
- Managing stock levels and clinical supplies
- Providing chairside dental assisting and clinical support as required
- Assisting with dental assisting duties to support the team during busy periods and leave coverage
- Working collaboratively with the Practice Manager and clinicians to deliver an outstanding patient experience
