The role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product and Servicesto join our Product and Servicing team within the broader Member Experiencebusiness unit.

As our Head of Product and Services, you will lead ahigh-performing team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders todeliver strategic product initiatives, oversee end-to-end product lifecyclemanagement, and support organisational transformation and member journey uplift.You will bring extensive leadership experience within superannuation,retirement, insurance and/or financial services, strong stakeholder engagementand vendor management capabilities, and a proven ability to translate complexregulatory and technical information into practical solutions that improvemember outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief Member Experience Officer, you willlead the strategic direction, development and ongoing management of GESB'ssuperannuation products and services, ensuring they deliver strong memberoutcomes, remain competitive, compliant and sustainable. You will drive amember-first approach to product and service innovation, leveraging data,research and industry insights to shape offerings across accumulation,retirement and insurance products, while enhancing the overall memberexperience.

This is a full time position on a five-year fixed termcontract.
