Senior Property Manager – Future Director of Property

Kari Maitz Property is a locally owned and growing agency seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager who wants to take the next step in their property management career.
This is more than a standard portfolio management role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with KPJM, build and lead a strong support team, and progress into the position of Director of Property Management.
We approach property management as a dedicated business division, with the same focus on growth, performance and client relationships as a successful sales department.
The role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Overseeing a residential property portfolio
- Conducting inspections and preparing reports
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing applications, leases and renewals
- Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
- Supporting and mentoring team members
- Developing efficient systems and procedures
- Helping grow the property management division and support team
This role does not include trust accounting duties.
About you
You will ideally have:
- Three to five years’ residential property management experience
- Solid knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Leadership skills and the ambition to manage a division
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
