Haidary Harvesting is looking for thirty vegetable pickers, based in Kalbar (Qld) to start after September 2026 for a six month season. We are looking for vegetable pickers for lettuce, wombok, celery, silverbeet and cauliflower.
- Vegetable picking
- Sorting, packing or grading of produce
- Assistance to other members of the crew as required
- Basic recording functions related to the work
You will generally work 6 days per week, from Monday to Saturday from 6am to 2pm. The hourly rate will be paid as per Level 1 under the Horticulture Award (currently $31.28 per hour).
You must be physically fit as the work is physically demanding, and will involve working outdoors in temperatures up to 28 degrees.
