We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional Manager to lead our North Coast NSW operations across Erina, Warners Bay, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and Grafton.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the North Coast region across our retail, operational, service and customer support functions.

Leading multiple geographically dispersed teams, you will drive sales growth, operational excellence, employee engagement and profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

Regular travel throughout the region will be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire branch and showroom teams across multiple locations.
- Drive sales, margin and EBITDA performance across the region.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and client outcomes.
- Build a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring and leadership.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners and funding bodies.
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and expand regional business performance.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, Quality Management Systems and company policies.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding,



performance management and succession planning activities.
- Conduct regular site visits to support branch performance and employee engagement.

About You

You are an experienced multi-site leader who combines strong commercial acumen with a genuine passion for developing people and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience leading multiple locations, branches or operational sites.
- Strong financial and commercial management skills, including P&L; accountability.
- Experience driving sales growth and operational performance.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and people development capability.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across North Coast NSW.
- Healthcare, assistive technology, medical devices, rehabilitation, retail or service industry experience.
- Understanding of the NDIS and healthcare funding environment.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
