Our Club features a premium 18-hole golf course, extensive practice facilities, and a range of casual and formal dining spaces within our spacious Clubhouse.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated hospitality professional dedicated to delivering exceptional and memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Personal Attributes

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for hospitality. As a leader, you will set the standard through your professionalism, teamwork, and service focus. You will also bring:

- Previous experience in a 4-5 star hotel, resort, functions venue or private club environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with members, clients, and colleagues
- Exceptional attention to detail and personal presentation
- The ability to perform under pressure, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple events simultaneously




- A genuine passion for food, wine and beverages, with the knowledge and confidence to make recommendations to enhance the member and guest experience
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Current RSA certificate

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Members’ Bar, Bistro and events spaces
- Liaise with members and clients to ensure outstanding hospitality experiences
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to uphold service excellence
- Coordinate and supervise the setup, delivery, and pack-down of functions and events
- Oversee logistics including seating, catering, and equipment requirements
- Ensure compliance with RSA, health, and safety regulations
