About the Role

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who can lead from the front, manage bakery operations effectively, motivate a team, and maintain consistently high product standards.

Lead the bakery team and oversee daily bakehouse operations

Manage costs, wages, stock,



and ordering to protect profitability

Improve systems, reduce waste, and drive operational efficiency

Build a positive team culture and support business growth with the owner

Combine hands‑on leadership with robust commercial and operational oversight

About You

Along with a solid work ethic, you will ideally bring:

Proven experience leading a bakery, bakehouse, or similar food production operation

Full Australian working rights - sponsorship is not available for this role

Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach to team performance

Solid commercial understanding of costs, margins, and profitability

Experience managing stock, ordering, labour, waste, and daily operations

A practical, quality-focused problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
