We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused casual wait staff to join our front-of-house team. As a key part of our service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests feel welcomed, well looked after, and leave with a great impression of Yardbird.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver meals and drinks to tables with attention to presentation and timing
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism
- Manage dietary requirements and food allergy requests with care and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space
- Process payments and operate the POS system
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards

About you

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability for weekend, evening, and public holiday shifts




- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required or willingness to obtain
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of wine is highly regarded
