What you'll do

- Deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions

- Help clients achieve meaningful movement and mobility goals

- Build long-term relationships that drive outstanding member retention

- Confidently recommend memberships and ongoing programs that support client results

- Create an exceptional experience from every first visit through to long-term membership

- Be part of a positive, high-performing team

You’ll be a great fit if you





- Love working with people and helping them succeed

- Have a passion for health, movement and wellbeing

- Build trust and rapport naturally

- Take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience

- Enjoy working towards goals and celebrating wins

- Are confident recommending solutions that genuinely benefit clients

- Have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, coaching or allied health (highly regarded but not essential)

- Live in or around Noosa and are looking for a long-term opportunity
