YFS Ltd seeks a Community Connector to support expecting and parenting young families, guiding them from pregnancy to early development and linking them to essential supports.

Based in Slacks Creek, this full time fixed-term role (76hrs per fortnight) works across two programs to improve pregnancy outcomes and build mothers’ access to supports through the YFS Maternal and Child Health Hub and Logan Hub network.
