Your current company

Client is a respected, traditional and established multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in Brisbane’s CBD. They offer traditional end to end Project Management and Development services for mix of local developers and asset owners in both the public and private sector realm. They are looking for an experienced Client side Project Manager to join their team.

Your new role

The position requires a technically capable client side / consultant Project Manager PM who can comfortably manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while balancing programme, cost, quality and stakeholder expectations.

A key focus of the role is ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, proactively managing risks and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

The client prides itself on its technical expertise; supporting clients who rely on them for their genuine construction knowledge to help manage the process,



so candidates would need tertiary qualifications in a construction related discipline. Ideally Architecture, Quantity Surveying or construction management.

They also need the person to hit the ground running, picking up multiple projects immediately, so would also need the person to have experience working in similar client-side construction consultancy role.

Projects mix of education, retail, commercial, plus smaller amounts of higher education and industrial. So, experience in those sectors preferred.
