Ours is a mixed practice (predominantly small animal), owned and run by second generation veterinary family. You’ll be part of a truly supportive team in a modern, purpose-built clinic where our focus is straightforward: exceptional clinical care for our patients and genuine, thoughtful care for the people who love them. We take pride in practising high-quality medicine and complimentary care including hydrotherapy, biomechanics and acupuncture. We’ve known many of our clients for years and invest heavily in our relationships with them.

Who we’re looking for

You might be a recent graduate looking for the right place to learn and grow, or an experienced vet seeking a team that values how you work, not just what you know. Either way, team fit matters most to us.

You’ll be an enjoyer of life, love a laugh, and not get too stuck on the small things.

You’ll be a keen learner and hard worker. Your natural default is to work as a team; be open and generous with your knowledge, ask for and offer help,



brainstorm solutions to clinically unique situations and adapt to the day-to-day eclectic nature of our days.

What we offer

- Permanent position, full or part time (our ideal is 34-hour week across four days but open to other hours, with a mixed hour roster designed to support both clinical variety and work–life balance.
- After-hours (one in 3-4) supported through VetChat, who triage cases, so you are only called in for true emergencies (and get to do the truly interesting work)
- A mix of consults, surgery, and occasional farm work—always supported by an experienced Vet Nurse/Vet Technician
- Generous CPD annual allocation and leave.
- Support tailored to where you are in your career. Whether you're building your early career confidence or refining your practice, you’ll be supported to develop at your own pace in a team that has your back.
- As for the little things- we have off street parking, a comfy staff room and kitchen with teas, coffees, hot chocolates, espresso machine, air fryer, stocked freezer shelves for our After Hours Angels and regular hot chippie runs.
- If you are an experienced vet and keen to start with us in the near future we can help you with relocation expenses.
