The Opportunity

We're looking for an Associate to join our Sydney team.

This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to build a career in executive search, leadership advisory and human capital consulting. You do not need prior executive search experience. We are looking for someone with intellectual curiosity, solid communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in how organisations identify, assess and develop leadership talent.

Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll gain exposure to senior executives, global organisations and high-profile leadership assignments across Australia, Asia, Europe and North America.

What You'll Do

- Support executive search, market mapping and succession planning projects.
- Research companies, industries and leadership talent.
- Identify and engage prospective candidates.
- Prepare market intelligence,



candidate assessments and client materials.
- Manage project timelines and help ensure a high-quality experience for clients and candidates.
- Build knowledge of leadership trends across Corporate Affairs, Communications, Government Affairs, Sustainability and ESG functions.
- Contribute to thought leadership, talent insights and market research initiatives.
