ACLE Services is an Australian-owned EPC and O&M; provider delivering utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Australia.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the secure, efficient and high-quality delivery of our regional projects with the first project location being in Moree Plains, NSW and is one project within a portfolio of three being constructed. This project is a hybrid project being both Solar and BESS.

This is a site-based role requiring relocation to regional project locations and working project swing rosters. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and construction delivery team, taking ownership of day-to-day site operations, workforce coordination, subcontractor management, quality and construction performance of our projects.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you will be the central onsite interface between ACLE, subcontractors, suppliers, employees and key project stakeholders.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands construction delivery, can confidently manage subcontractors and site teams, and is comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced project environment.

As Site Manager, you will:

- Lead and coordinate day-to-day construction activities to meet safety, quality, programme and commercial requirements.
- Maintain a strong and visible commitment to ACLE's Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors,



suppliers and construction interfaces.
- Develop and manage detailed activity programmes aligned with the project schedule.
- Plan labour, plant, equipment and materials to achieve productivity and project milestones.
- Monitor workforce requirements, coordinate rosters and manage site resourcing and mobilisation needs.
- Review and approve timesheets, overtime, allowances and roster arrangements.
- Oversee trade and construction quality, ensuring works comply with approved designs, drawings, specifications, ITP's and project quality requirements.
- Monitoring subcontractor performance and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, specifications and project requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve construction, technical, quality and delivery issues.
- Monitor subcontractor performance throughout construction (and commissioning as required)
- Participate in progress meetings and contribute to daily and weekly project reporting.
- Act as the first onsite contact for employee relations matters including attendance, conduct and performance, partnering with People & Culture where required.
- Taking a proactive approach to construction risks, constraints and issues to maintain project momentum.

What will you bring to this role?





You will be an experienced construction professional who is confident leading teams and taking ownership of site delivery in a fast-paced project environment.

You will ideally have:

- 5+ years' onsite construction experience, including site leadership responsibilities.
- Relevant trade qualification with strong construction experience or Degree qualification in Civil/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience within renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure or major construction.
- Solar PV and/or BESS experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and site-based workforces.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, quality and technical documentation.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and designs.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Construction White Card and Level 2 First Aid certification.
