Northcott is looking for a Casual Support Worker to join our teams across Hornsby, North Rocks, and North Parramatta. You will support customers to build independence, participate in Day Programs, and enjoy meaningful community experiences.
You will facilitate group activities for Skills 4 Life, Life Skills, Work & Stud and Adult Recreation Programs, helping customers develop recent skills and confidence while maintaining their independence. Driving a 12-seat van may be required.
