The purpose of this role is to run the day-to-day workouts and to develop a gym culture where training excellence, member appreciation and results are the focus.

Training sessions are modelled around a 12-round boxing contest and are professionally designed to combine functional strength and cardio exercises for all fitness levels. A unique prospect exists for a motivated individual to assume the role of a Coach.

The Opportunity: You will be embarking on this career journey as Coach and an essential part of the overall success of this exciting fitness venture.

This opportunity will be based at one of our most established clubs - UBX Palm Beach.

You will be required to:

- Run daily workouts.
- Sales of memberships to new prospects
- Participate in technical and personal development activities.
- Assisting with creating content for marketing purposes with franchisor.





To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Ideally possess Cert III and IV in Fitness, First Aid and CPR Certificates (min Cert III). Certifications must be from Australia not overseas.
- Have boxing and functional strength training knowledge and skills and be able to teach others effectively.
- Have an energetic, positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to motivate and inspire members on their individual journey
