Your Next Opportunity:

Concentis is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to lead our clients construction teams across high-end residential projects in Loganholme, QLD. You’ll be responsible for on-site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet our high-quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects while working with a collaborative, skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage subcontractors, trade teams,



and site personnel to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Coordinate with Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Client teams to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction.
- Track project progress, resolve in office issues, and ensure compliance with all construction and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation for project handovers.
- Identify opportunities to improve site processes and construction workflows.

About You:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, or similar in residential construction
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management systems
