Wellways invites graduates with lived experience of mental health challenges to join a part-time Early Career peer work program in Victoria. This paid prospect runs until 30 June 2027 and offers structured mentoring in a supportive setting. The role focuses on peer work, recovery-oriented practice and meaningful community engagement.
Participants will use their lived experience to support others, develop skills, and explore longer-term opportunities within Wellways across the peer workforce.
