WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
- Well-presented with a polished and approachable personality
- Confident and fluent in English
- Naturally friendly and comfortable talking with customers
- Positive, energetic and reliable
- Passionate about customer service
- Interested in food, lifestyle and modern hospitality
- Previous café, dessert, retail or hospitality experience is a plus
THE ROLE
- Welcome and serve customers
- Prepare yogurt, toppings and desserts
- Take orders and operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean and beautiful store environment
- Support daily store operations
- Deliver a warm and memorable customer experience
