Job Title: Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a Partnerships Specialist to manage and grow creator, affiliate, and gifting programmes. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused marketer who enjoys building brand advocacy, driving partner engagement, and supporting growth through creator collaborations.

Responsibilities

- Manage creator gifting and affiliate programmes from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
- Identify and recruit creators and affiliates aligned with the brand.
- Track partner performance and provide insights to improve results.
- Coordinate product seeding, campaign activations, and affiliate initiatives.
- Ensure programme compliance and maintain strong partner engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and oversee partnership administration support.

Qualifications

- Experience in partnerships,



influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of affiliate performance and ROI.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
