Air Boar is a locally owned HVAC and essential services company delivering comprehensive mechanical and fire safety solutions across South East Queensland. Established in 2020, we've built a rapid-growing team of professionals across fire, mechanical, and electrical disciplines and we're expanding again.
We're looking for multiple Qualified Refrigeration Tradespeople to join our team across two locations: Brisbane City and Brisbane South / Gold Coast.
This is a permanent, full-time role with real variety no two sites the same.

What you'll be doing
- Routine maintenance, servicing and inspection of commercial HVAC systems
- Fault-finding, diagnosis and repair efficiently and systematically
- Installation work across all aspects of HVAC
- Essential services testing and compliance to AS1851 Section 13
- Accurate reporting and clear communication with clients and the team
- Interpreting drawings, commissioning equipment and verifying system performance
What you'll bring
- Methodical, safety-conscious approach to all work
- Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to restore systems quickly
- Sound understanding of HVAC systems and commissioning equipment
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and AS1851 Section 13 compliance
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and lead by example
