- Maintain food safety and quality standards
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support
- Collaborate across departments to achieve targets

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in a similar role within FMCG
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred)
- A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentI
