BX Bunka Australia, specifically Steel Line Garage Doors is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of Builders Coordinator on a full-time basis working out of the Sydney Branch.

The Builder’s Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end coordination of installation and measurement requests from building clients. This role is responsible for ensuring all builder-related workflows—from purchase order processing to site scheduling and customer communication—are managed with precision, urgency, and professionalism.

You will be required to liaise with internal teams, builders, site measurers, and supervisors to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service across all aspects of builder installations. Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication are essential to success in this role.

Duties

Efficiently coordinate allCall-UpsandSite Measuresfor allocated builders.

Maintain an up-to-date schedule and communicate with theSite Measurerto ensure weekly jobs are prioritized and allocated appropriately.

Advise relevant site supervisors of job measurement status and any special job requirements.

Manage communication related toCall-Up and Measure emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.





Ensure allpurchase ordersare accurately processed and sent to OS Pre-Orders.

Upon receiving detailed sheets, calculate the required door size, raise orders to OS, and completeBack-to-Back (B2B)checks on return.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly, aiming to meet or exceed expectations.

Manage incoming calls, direct queries appropriately, and relay messages clearly, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Minimum2 to 3 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Experience in construction, building services, or manufacturing industry highly desirable.

Proven ability toprioritize,multitask, and work to deadlines.

Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.

High attention todetail and data accuracy.

Positive,customer-focused mindsetwith a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Soundinterpersonal skillsand ability to build relationships across departments.

Confident in usinginternal business systems, databases, and scheduling software.

Rapid and accurate data entry skills.
