Yancoal MTW is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Front‑Line Light Vehicle team on a full‑time basis. Based at Mount Thorley Warkworth, near Singleton in the Hunter Valley, NSW, you will oversee secure, reliable maintenance activities and mentor a multi‑skilled crew.
The role operates on a Day/Afternoon roster (40 hours) with a focus on safety, quality, cost control and timely delivery, while driving continuous improvement across site systems and asset care.
