Mater Health Services in Brisbane is seeking a Youth Substance Worker to join the Mater Young Adult Health Centre's Clarence Street 24-hour Residential Withdrawal Program in a full-time, permanent role.
You will provide trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate care to young people aged 13–21 experiencing substance use issues, in a protected residential setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and delivering individual counselling, group programs, and care planning.
