Branch Leadership Opportunity | Recruitment & Employment Services | Monday–Friday

Our client is seeking an experienced leader to oversee branch operations, driving recruitment activities, team performance, and exceptional service delivery outcomes.

This role will suit an established or emerging leader with experience in agency recruitment or the employment services sector who is passionate about empowering young people to achieve their education, training, and employment goals. You will lead a team of recruitment consultants, drive performance, and deliver meaningful outcomes for participants, employers, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants to achieve performance targets.
- Drive delivery against program KPIs, contractual requirements, and employment outcomes.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance discussions, and case reviews to build capability.
- Monitor site performance, analyse trends, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, education providers, and community stakeholders.




- Develop referral pathways and increase participant engagement to support successful employment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, policies, and program requirements.

About You

- Proven leadership experience within recruitment, employment services, or a similar people-focused environment.
- Robust stakeholder engagement, employer relationship management, and business development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive KPIs, and achieve measurable results.
- Understanding of youth employment programs or experience supporting young people is highly desirable.
- Passionate about creating meaningful pathways into education, training, and employment.
