We’re now looking for aStore Manager to lead our Newport store. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, enjoys developing people, has a passion for outstanding products and knows how to bring a team together to deliver outstanding results every day.

About the role

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of your store and play a key role in delivering a great experience for both customers and your team.

- Leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing retail team.
- Creating a welcoming environment where customers receive great service and product recommendations.
- Driving sales growth, profitability, and overall store performance.
- Managing day‑to‑day operations, including labour, stock control, and store presentation.
- Ensuring compliance with liquor regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Building a positive team culture where people feel supported,



motivated, and accountable.
- Maintaining high store standards and ensuring the Bottle Stop brand is represented at its best.
- Taking ownership of your store and treating it like your own business.

About you

We’re looking for a passionate retail leader who:

- Has experience leading a team in retail, liquor, hospitality, or another customer‑focused environment.
- Is driven by achieving results and enjoys working towards commercial targets.
- Leads from the front and isn’t afraid to be hands‑on.
- Has strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with customers and team members.
- Enjoys developing people and creating a positive team environment.
- Understands the importance of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Takes pride in presentation, product knowledge and delivering a excellent customer experience.
