Position Title
H&L; Packaging Coordinator
Job Type
Full-time, Melbourne-based, hybrid, in-office days at our CBD space TBC, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (AEST)
Reports to
Leigh Brodie, Operations Manager
Overview
Runway is looking for an H&L; Packaging Coordinator to do the hands-on work of building and maintaining house and land packaging for our builder and developer clients.
This is a doing role. You will build packaging structures, set up and test pricing and build logic, configure estates, stages and lots, and sort out the messy real-world detail that comes with translating how a builder actually prices a home into a working system. If you have done packaging inside a builder or a developer and you are the person who knows how the numbers come together, this is the role.
Most of the work is with Australian clients. Runway has also taken the Australian open-builder land sales model into the United States, and this role will be involved in that work as the US business grows. It is a genuine opportunity to get international market experience in a role that would not normally offer it.
AI is embedded in how Runway works. You will be given current tooling and expected to use it to move faster on packaging, configuration and client communication, applying your own judgement to check output before it reaches a client. We are looking for someone already doing this, not someone who plans to start.

- Build and maintain packaging across assigned accounts
- Set up and test pricing,
inclusions and build logic in Runway
- Configure estates, stages, lots and land data
- Keep packaging current as client price lists, ranges and land releases change

- Run platform walkthroughs and training with client teams

- Pass expansion and upsell opportunities to the Group Account Director
Standards
- Ensure packaging reflects genuine H&L; practice, not generic set up

Skills Required
- Hands-on house and land packaging experience from a builder, developer or estimating consultancy
- Working knowledge of price lists, inclusions, build logic, plans of subdivision, PLAT and lot fit
- Someone who has done the work themselves, not managed people who did
- Genuine technical aptitude and comfort configuring and troubleshooting software
- Strong, demonstrated proficiency with AI tools, with real examples from a work context
- High attention to detail with numbers, and the discipline to check your own work
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts
- Transparent written and verbal communication with client teams
- Runway platform experience and marketing experience are valued but not essential
Performance Measures
- Packaging delivered on schedule: 100%

This role sits within Runway's account service structure with a defined path toward Account Manager for someone who demonstrates it. Reviews at 90 days and 6 months. Progression is based on performance, not tenure.
Initial Set-Up
- Hybrid, Melbourne-based, with regular in-person time for client meetings and team collaboration
- First month is in-depth training on the Runway suite, systems and workflows
