The opportunity
We’re looking for a Workplace Lead to join our Property, Facilities & Fleet team and support the National Workplace Manager in delivering an outstanding workplace experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure workplace services are delivered to a high standard for employees, visitors, and VIP guests. You'll be the key point of contact within the tenancy, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring service requests and issues are resolved quickly and effectively while driving continuous improvements across the workplace.

Your new role
- Support the National Workplace Manager in maintaining and improving day-to-day operations of the sites, acting as the key point of contact for workplace services and promptly resolving service issues or requests.
- Oversee a customer-focused delivery team to ensure a seamless workplace experience for all employees and visitors.
- Lead workplace reporting, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement.
- Recommend, implement,
monitor and control agreed procedures to support key third-party processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that service delivery meets business expectations
- Manage external service providers to ensure delivery of services and goods in line with contractual arrangements and to ensure value for money
About You
- Demonstrated experience as a Workplace Specialist or similar role, with a strong background in workplace management within a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to liaise with senior leaders and executives, while effectively managing competing priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of flexible and modern workplace environments, with the ability to balance stakeholder requests and business needs.
- Experience working within agile and hybrid teams, including preparing and maintaining Property and Facilities reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative, with a flexible approach to supporting stakeholders in a quick-paced environment.
