THE ROLE

FRANKIE4 is looking for a People & Performance Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who loves the operational side of HR just as much as the people side, and wants to build real, transferable skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven business.

Reporting to the Director of People & Performance, you'll be the go-to person for HR administration, payroll support, onboarding and offboarding, and day-to-day people queries across our store network and Head Office. No two days look the same. One minute you're processing a contract variation, the next you're helping a new starter feel welcome on their first day, and the next you're troubleshooting a facilities issue so the office runs smoothly.





If you're early in your HR career and want to learn from the ground up, or you've got a couple of years' HR admin experience and are ready to take on more ownership, this role could be a great next step.

What you’ll do

Keep our People & Culture processes running smoothly and accurately

Own employee records and HR administration in our HR system

Coordinate onboarding, contracts, employee changes and offboarding

Support weekly payroll administration for AU and US and employee enquiries

Help with recruitment coordination, scheduling and candidate communication

Pitch in across office coordination and team support when needed

What we’re looking for

1–2 years’ experience in HR administration, People & Culture support or a similar coordination role - or a recent graduate ready to jump in

Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through

A confident communicator who enjoys helping people

Comfort working with systems, spreadsheets and confidential information
