We are seeking a reliable, energetic and hard-working team members to help us carry out window cleaning and high access cleaning work in and around the Sydney area.

Position Overview

The Window Cleaner is responsible for delivering high‑quality window and glass cleaning services using a ground‑level water‑fed pole system. This role does not involve any work at heights. The cleaner will operate safely from the ground at all times,



ensuring professional results across assigned sites. Transport to and from sites will be provided. The role requires flexible working hours, which will vary depending on site scheduling and operational needs. Site location will vary but generally ranging from Bondi through to the Shire areas

Key Responsibilities

- Ground‑level window cleaning — Clean external and internal windows using a water‑fed pole system and approved cleaning methods.
- Water‑fed pole operation — Safely set up, operate, and maintain the water‑fed pole equipment, ensuring correct water flow and filtration.
- Site preparation — Assess access points, identify hazards, and ensure safe working conditions before starting tasks.
- Equipment care — Maintain poles, hoses, brushes, and filtration units; report faults promptly.
- Customer interaction — Communicate courteously with site staff and respond to basic service queries.
- Reporting — Record completed work, issues, and site observations for the Senior Customer Service Manager.
- Transport coordination — Travel to sites using company‑provided transport and maintain punctuality.

Key Requirements





- Prior window cleaning experience — Demonstrated experience in professional window cleaning is essential.
- School environment experience — Experience working in a school environment is highly regarded.
- Ability to safely operate a water‑fed pole system from ground level.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Flexible working hours — Must be able to work varying hours depending on site requirements and scheduling.
- Good communication skills and professional conduct.
- Willingness to work across multiple sites using company‑provided transport.

Work Health & Safety

- No working at heights — All cleaning must be performed from ground level using the water‑fed pole system.
- Follow safe chemical handling procedures (where applicable) and use PPE as required.
- Report hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately to the Senior Customer Service Manager.
- Maintain safe hose and pole placement to avoid trip hazards.
