We're looking for an experienced Registered Migration Agent to join a busy, high-performing Melbourne team, take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, and help us keep raising the bar on client outcomes.

THE ROLE

As a Registered Migration Agent, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients from first consultation through to decision; assessing eligibility, preparing and lodging applications, and liaising directly with the Department of Home Affairs and skills assessment authorities. You'll work closely with our education consultants and support staff to deliver seamless, integrated outcomes for clients navigating both their education and migration journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Provide professional migration advice in line with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct
- Assess client eligibility across a wide range of Australian visa options
- Prepare, lodge and manage applications from consultation through to decision




- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, skills assessment authorities and other agencies
- Maintain accurate, compliant client records and case files
- Stay current on migration law, policy and procedural change
- Partner with education counsellors to deliver joined-up client solutions
- Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Current registration as a Registered Migration Agent (MARA) — essential
- 2+ years' experience in Australian migration practice (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Australian migration legislation and policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and strong case management skills
- Ability to juggle a high-volume caseload while hitting deadlines
- A high standard of professionalism, integrity and client care

YOUR VISA EXPERTISE

Ideally you'll have hands‑on experience across some or all of the following:

- Subclass 482 — Skills in Demand
- Subclass 186 — ENS
- Subclass 494 — SESR
- Subclass 189 — Skilled Independent
- Subclass 190 — Skilled Nominated
- Subclass 491 — Skilled Work Regional
- Subclass 820/801 — Onshore Partner
- Subclass 309/100 — Offshore Partner
- Skills Assessments
- Experience with Student, Temporary and Family visas will also be highly regarded
